Mrs. Brewster, age 87 of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away April 19, 2026, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.
Born June 5, 1938, in East Springfield, Pennsylvania, she is the daughter of the late Harvey and Irma Teras Fritzges. She attended Southeastern Bible College. Before moving to Lebanon twenty years ago, she had worked at the Erie County Nursing Home, and had taught home economics at Southridge Christian Academy. After moving to Lebanon, she had worked at Hearthside and was a volunteer at Fiddlers Grove. She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. She loved to sew, and had done alterations for many years. She also enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Lambertus.
She is survived by her husband of sixty eight years, Tom Brewster; three children: Don (Judy) Brewster, Dan (Tammi) Brewster, and Cheryl (Bro. Rick) Burns; brother, John Fritzges; grandchildren: Ashley (Kinsey) Hartman, April (David) Forbes, Brenda (Nick) Vescio, Jessica Burns, Timothy (Abigail) Burns, Stephen (Miranda) Burns, Ricky Burns Jr., Clay (Berkley) Burns, Joshua (Michelle) Brewster, Josiah Brewster, Joseph Brewster, and Jessie Brewster; along with several great grandchildren.
