Daniel S. Stevens

Daniel S. Stevens, age 52 of Conneaut, Ohio was lead home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family.

Dan was born in Erie, Pa on March 25, 1963, the son of the late Clifford and Shirley (Carr) Stevens.

Dan worked at Medico Construction and he loved to go to church at Conneaut FFC and watching sports; especially, the Miami Dolphins and the Cincinnati Reds and the New York Lakers.  However, most of all, he enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, Jayden and Ava and spending time with his family.

Besides his parents, Dan was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Edwards and a brother, Dave Stevens.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Shana (Hazeltine) Stevens and two sons:  Daniel Stevens, Jr. (Angelina Vazquez) and Corey Stevens both of Conneaut, OH and a daughter:  Toni Stevens (Joe Strait) of Cranesville, Pa.  He is also survived by two brothers:  Gary Stevens of Florida and Michael Stevens (Diane) of East Springfield, Pa.  and his grandson and best friend, Jayden Stevens and Ava Stevens.

Friends may call at the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, 11883 Main Street, East Springfield, Pa.,  on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 until the time of the service at 9 p.m. with Pastor Dan Halstead, officiating.  Burial will be in Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield.
