Besides her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by two husbands, O. Ron Hulley and Tom Blood;   four brothers, Mike, Harry, Robert and Norman Ransom; and a sister, Harriet Davis; four sons; and two daughters.

Barbara is survived by six children:  Ron Hulley of W. Springfield,  Garold Hulley of Fairview, Terry Hulley of N. Springfield, Tom Blood of Barre, Vermont, Kathy (Hulley) Zappitella of E. Springfield, and Kelly (Blood) Plucknett of E. Springfield; and two sisters:  Marilyn Teudhope of Springboro and Carrie Foultz of Conneautville; and four brothers:  Wayne Ransom of Springboro, Earnie Ransom of Conneautville, Johnny Ransom of East Springfield, and Gary Ransom of Wexford.  She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Federated Church on Main Street in East Springfield on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 12 p.m. until the time of the Life Celebration Service at 2 p.m. officiated by Pastor Ed Huntley.  Burial will immediately follow at the Springfield Cemetery where Barbara will be laid to rest next to her husband Tom.
